Ruben Onsu never forbids any treatments that Sarwendah does. Ruben only forbids Sarwendah from undergoing plastic surgery. Sarwendah herself prefers to do thread planting treatment on her face.

"If, for example, I want to have a treatment, I tell Bensu and he supports me. But I'm not brave enough for surgery, my husband doesn't allow it. Surgery really changes things. I never want to change but I want to show my bone structure. In my opinion, thread planting is better. If it's not enough, it can still be added (more threads).
