"Fortunately, the condition is still stable despite the pandemic, compared to others. Thank God I don't have to inject more capital into my business," she continued.

2. Satisfy Customers

This 22-year-old girl also revealed how she can survive in difficult conditions like now. Considering the needs and comfort of customers is the main thing that Sarah thinks about.

"In any way, we must satisfy the customer. So during the pandemic, treatment at our clinic remains an option because I prioritize customer satisfaction. In addition, our place is nice with strict health protocol standards and the price is relatively cheap, that's what people are looking for. Comfortable and safe, right? The main thing is to seek customer satisfaction," she said.

3. Expand the Business

In addition to having to brainstorm to maintain the business during the pandemic, Sarah Gibson also plans to expand the business by opening a new branch.

"My friends like Awkarin, Keanu Agl often come here. Sometimes artists also come here for treatments. God willing, we will open a branch clinic early next year," she said.
