Sarwendah through her legal representative provided a clear clarification regarding the accusation of preventing the children from meeting their father, Ruben Onsu. Sarwendah's side even presented evidence of a brief conversation that proves her good intentions.

In the message, Sarwendah stated that she has prepared everything needed for the children to meet Ruben. She emphasized that there has never been an intention to sever the ties of kinship between father and child.

"This has already been conveyed in the chat. 'For tomorrow's event, I have prepared snacks and change of clothes for the children.' This means the children have been allowed," said Chris Sam Siwu when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (19/08/2026).
