According to Sarwendah's legal counsel, Chris Sam Siwu, the atmosphere at that time was quite tense. The debt collectors reportedly came with a less-than-friendly tone and there was even a debate, which was certainly heard by the children.

Chris emphasized that as a mother, Sarwendah is very protective of her children's peace and comfort. Seeing strangers come and speak in a loud tone at their residence is an unpleasant experience for anyone, especially for the children.

"Don't associate it anymore, especially with debt collectors coming, where the small children can also see and hear people shouting, their psychology will definitely be disturbed," she stressed.

The debate at the end of the video that went viral also became a highlight. According to Abraham Simon, another lawyer, the tension arose because the debt collector was unhappy when recorded by Sarwendah's family.

"Maybe the debt collector was unhappy about being recorded. Meanwhile, the debt collector forgot that they were standing at our client's residence," explained Abraham Simon.

The family recorded the incident as a self-protection measure and to have evidence in case of any unwanted occurrences. However, the reaction from the debt collectors only made the situation less conducive.
