Senior Actor Otig Pakis Passes Away, Suffering from Rectal Cancer - Will Be Buried Today

This news is quite shocking and many people feel a great loss. The news of Otig Pakis's passing was also shared by Grassrock band drummer, Rere, through his personal Instagram account.

Otig Pakis passed away at the age of 64. This renowned actor was known to have stage 3B rectal cancer, and all his chemotherapy and treatment activities were always shared on the Instagram account @ramaotigpakis.

Now, only the films he starred in will always be remembered by friends and fans. Otig Pakis once appeared in the film MIRACLE CELL NO.7 to MAKMUM 2.

2. Buried Today

Through his personal Instagram account, it was revealed that Otig Pakis will be buried today, Friday (9/8) after the noon prayer.

"With deep sorrow, we inform you that: Gito Joewono (Otig Pakis) bin Suyadi Dayat passed away on August 8, 2024, at 17:07 WIB," wrote the Instagram account @ramaotigpakis.

"The deceased will be laid to rest at the Rendra Theater Workshop Hall, Cipayung, Depok, tonight (August 8, 2024). The deceased will be buried at the Rendra Theater Workshop on Friday, August 9, 2024, after the noon prayer," it continued.

"We ask for prayers and forgiveness for all the mistakes of the deceased. May his good deeds be accepted and the family left behind be given strength. Thank you for your attention and prayers," concluded the account @ramaotigpakis.
