Sheila explained that this process is a continuation of the removal of the cross tattoo that had started earlier. The artist admitted her intention to remove the tattoo even though the process is quite lengthy.
The artist, who is now active as a DJ, also provided a disclaimer to avoid public misunderstandings. In her speech in the video, Sheila explained that the reason for removing the tattoo is purely her personal desire.
"Actually, the point is not because of the cross or anything. My husband really doesn’t mind at all, I really want to do this, I have the intention in my heart, so for me personally, whether it’s a cross or any tattoo, the point is what your purpose is for getting a tattoo." she explained.
Sheila admits that the tattoos she created in the past came from a difficult period in her life and unstable mental conditions. She expressed her desire to start a new chapter without those memories.
"Because at the time I made the tattoos, my intentions seemed never right and were during a time when my mental state was not right, because for me, all of this is bitter memories," she revealed.
