In every project he works on, Baim ensures that he is fully involved to oversee the quality. This is evidenced by the achievement of the film Sukma, which successfully garnered 7 nominations at the Indonesian Journalists Film Festival (FFWI) 2025, including for Best Film and Best Director.

"All my works, when making a film, start from the most basic stage until completion, from A to Z. That's my way of making a good film; I don't want to blame others," he asserted.

Collaboration with top actors like Christine Hakim and Luna Maya in his works is also Baim's strategy to elevate the level of Indonesian cinema. Nevertheless, he acknowledges that audience support is his main fuel to continue innovating and exploring new genres. "Thank goodness, my films are appreciated by Indonesian audiences. This means a lot and motivates me to create new works that are better. Hopefully, these works can be enjoyed by many people and provide benefits," he concluded.
