Showing Strong Support, Inara Rusli Creates Palestinian Flag Motif Hijabs - The Results Will Be Donated!

Kapanlagi.com - Not stopping at the Palestine solidarity action at Monas on November 5, public figure Inara Rusli continues to show her support for the country currently being occupied by Israel. She has an idea to create a long-term action, KLovers!

Former wife of Virgoun, she is someone who has expertise in the fashion field. Therefore, she quickly took action to create many hijabs with the Palestinian flag motif. 

Inara uploaded a series of photos of her new hijabs with the Palestinian flag motif on her social media on Tuesday (7/11/2023). The Palestinian flag motif is present on each side of the hijab, while the base color used for the headscarf is pink with a floral motif.

This hijab, made by Inara Rusli with the Palestinian flag motif, is for sale, KLovers! Eventually, the money from its sales will be donated to provide assistance to the people in Palestine. 

Inara Rusli provided an explanation in her post to open the pages of Palestinian history first. She also expressed support for Palestine, which is in line with the first paragraph of the opening of the 1945 Constitution. Inara also stated that her hijab is one way to show support for Palestine.

"And this is how I act in defending them. So that my future generations can see and know how to behave when oppression occurs. Because when we remain silent when human values are oppressed, it is not impossible that one day we may also experience being physically colonized again," she wrote through her Instagram account @mommy_starla.

2. Beautiful Hopes Through Her Hijab

Inara Rusli also expresses her beautiful hopes through the hijab she made. She believes that the profits from her hijab will turn into aid for the people of Palestine.

"Don't worry, maybe this is just a piece of cloth that covers the head. But with this cloth, hopefully Allah will bless your sustenance that will be beneficial in supporting the needs of many people in Palestine, especially Gaza," wrote Inara Rusli.

"And what you sow through the purchase of this scarf fabric, hopefully it will grow into a blessed tree that can shade more people, and those who are helped will witness your goodness in the hereafter. Amen," she concluded.

3. Previously Highlighted during the Pro-Palestine Action at Monas

Prior to that, Inara Rusli's appearance had already caught the attention of netizens when she participated in the pro-Palestine movement at Monas, Jakarta. She wore a veil and received various comments from netizens.

Inara Rusli has also responded while wearing the veil during the action. One of them is related to her safety.

“Well, it's understandable that there is no one to watch over in the crowd. It has to be explained like that. It's allowed to do that,” she wrote.

Of course, what Inara means is more or less her husband, who takes care of her. As known, Inara and Virgoun's marriage has already fallen apart due to infidelity.
