Upon hearing Fitri Carlina's statement expressing her concern about her husband and allowing him to remarry, Hendra responded firmly and made the older ABG singer smile. The video was uploaded on Tuesday (23/11/2021) on Cumicumi's YouTube channel.

"Fitri once told me that if she wanted to remarry to have children with another woman, I would be allowed. But I remember my promise when we got married, I dared to take over the responsibility of Fitri's parents and I promised God to take care of Fitri until the end, right?" said Hendra.

Hendra then revealed how his wife had experienced depression. He revealed that Fitri Carlina had been worried about not having children in their seven years of marriage. Because of this depression, Fitri Carlina finally wanted to allow Hendra Sumenep to remarry in order to have a child.

"Fitri was depressed at that time," said Hendra. Upon hearing her understanding and touching statement, Fitri Carlina expressed her gratitude for having a husband who is always there for her and supports her.

"That's why I am truly grateful to have a husband who truly supports me emotionally and spiritually. When I have sincerely accepted that if my husband is in a hurry and if that's how the family is, then I have accepted it," said Fitri Carlina.

Instead of agreeing with Fitri Carlina's statement about getting married again, Hendra Sumendap responded firmly to his wife. Her husband flatly refused Fitri's idea of marrying another woman.

Hendra Sumendap immediately reminded Fitri Carlina of their marriage vows. He also admitted that he had promised to be with Fitri for the rest of his life. Fitri Carlina was even said to have been scolded by her husband because of her statement.

"I was really scolded at that time. Because oh don't say something like that. Because our promise before was to go through thick and thin together, not only with our families but also with Allah," he continued.
