Indra Bekti is now known to appear with a more ideal body weight. He successfully lost 10 Kg of body weight, which has transformed his appearance.

Apparently, Indra Bekti's struggle to lose weight was not easy. It took him 6 months to lose weight.

He visited a famous doctor to lose weight. The doctor advised him not to consume processed foods such as nuggets and instant noodles.

The doctor also prescribed special medications to accelerate the weight loss process.

"This is me after 6 months, if I'm serious, because I can't eat processed foods like nuggets and instant noodles, it has to be made from whole ingredients. For example, chicken, it has to be the whole chicken without any processing, brown rice, and lots of vegetables and fruits. Plus, there are injections and medications that help speed up the weight loss process," said Indra Bekti as quoted by Intipseleb.

Apparently, his efforts paid off. It is known that Indra successfully lost 10 kg of weight.

Nevertheless, he still wants to lose weight again. His target is to reach 68 kg.

"72 Kg or 73 Kg (current weight), the doctor told me to be 70 Kg, but I want to be 68 Kg or maybe 65 Kg," concluded Indra Bekti.

This effort to lose weight is indeed motivated by health reasons and to shape a prime appearance for the demands of entertainment.
