Soal Siskaeee Who is Called to Have Mental Disorders, Legal Counsel Reveals Obtained Information from the Family

Kapanlagi.com - Selebgram Siskaeee is known to still be detained at the Polda Metro Jaya prison. The detention was carried out after a forced retrieval attempt by investigators who considered Siskaeee uncooperative.

Because of this, Siskaeee's legal counsel sought a suspension of the detention for their client because Siskaeee is said to be experiencing mental disorders that hinder the process. However, regarding this information, Siskaeee's legal counsel cannot provide evidence in the form of a letter from a doctor stating Siskaeee's mental condition.

When met at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (29/1), Siskaeee's legal team, Gusti Ramadhanu, said they do not yet know the latest condition of their client behind bars.

"We haven't been there yet, maybe today we will come to the Polda Metro Jaya to see directly the condition of our client there," said Gusti Ramadhani.

1. Unproven Condition of Siskaeee

On the same occasion, Toffan Agung Ginting explained that until now they still cannot prove the condition of Siskaeee. This is because they have not received the doctor's certificate yet.

However, Tofan emphasized that the information about Siskaeee's mental condition was obtained from her family.

"So, for the (doctor's certificate), we cannot show it because we haven't received the letter yet, so we cannot comment much," said Toffan Agung Ginting.

"We got the information from Siskaeee's family," he added.

2. Experienced Since 2023

In addition, when asked further, Toffan Agung Ginting mentioned that the mental disorder experienced by Siskaeee has been present since 2023.

"Since 2023, I forgot which month, but in that year she had undergone examinations at the hospital," he said.
