Kapanlagi.com - The legal process regarding the request for the determination of the comedian Mpok Alpa's heirs has finally reached a clear point. The South Jakarta Religious Court has issued a decision granting the request filed by the late woman's husband, Aji Darmaji.
This decision was issued electronically and has been uploaded by the panel of judges handling the case. Dede Rika Nurhasanah, as the Spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, confirmed that the request for the determination of heirs in the name of the late Nina Carolina, affectionately known as Mpok Alpa, has been granted.

This decision marks the final chapter of the legal process that has been ongoing.
"The electronic decision has been uploaded by the panel of judges, and the request has been granted. Request the determination of heirs from the late Nina, yes," he said when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (5/2/2026).
Based on the decision, the South Jakarta Religious Court has appointed five people as the legitimate heirs of the late Mpok Alpa. They are the husband of Mpok Alpa, Aji Darmaji, and her four biological children consisting of three sons and one daughter.
"The heirs are determined to be the husband and the children, with four children in total. Three sons and one daughter," explained Dede Rika.
Dede Rika also emphasized that this decision purely establishes who is entitled to be an heir. There is no discussion regarding the detailed distribution of inheritance or the nominal amounts in the decision.
"The assets are not mentioned. This is only for the establishment of heirs. So only those designated are the heirs. So the husband and children, the heirs have already been established," she added.
With this decision, legally Aji Darmaji and his four children have the legitimacy to manage everything related to the estate of the late Mpok Alpa, both in and out of court.
"To carry out legal actions by acting on behalf of and representing those children, both inside and outside the court," concluded Dede Rika.
