It is known that Medina's father, Muhammad Pujo Nistianto, took his last breath at EMC Tangerang Hospital on Monday afternoon, September 4th.
Of course, this news truly devastated her, especially since Medina, who is behind bars, couldn't accompany her father in his final moments. Not only that, Medina also faced obstacles when she wanted to request permission to leave the prison to meet her father.
This was revealed by Ari, Medina's brother when met at the mourning house in Cipondoh, Tangerang, (4/9) Monday night. Ari also revealed that because of licensing affairs, Medina really didn't have time to meet her father in his final moments.
"Medina was given permission but it was difficult because there had to be a letter from the hospital regarding her father's critical condition. She was only allowed for a short time and only in one location at the hospital, so she was allowed for a short time to see her father," said Ari.
"When she was busy with the licensing process, her father's condition was still critical and her father was still there, but apparently Allah had a different plan. After permission was granted, her father was no longer there," he continued.
In the end, Medina could only see her father's lifeless body. Ari said that Medina spent about 30 minutes at the hospital, and then she had to return to the detention center.
"Earlier, Medina only saw her father briefly in the morgue. She didn't spend more than 30 minutes there, she had to go back to the detention center," he said.
Furthermore, when asked further, Ari admitted that there was not much communication when meeting Medina Zein. However, he said that they both supported each other like siblings.
"Not too much, just when I met Medina, I said thank you and we supported each other," he concluded.
