Strong Evidence Obtained, Noverizky Hopes Selebgram Rea Wiradinata and His Companions Become Suspects in Alleged Fraud and Embezzlement Case

Kapanlagi.com - Selebgram Rea Wiradinata once again 'loses' in the trial related to the PKPU lawsuit against lawyer Noverizky Tri Putra. In the trial, the creditors named Devi Herlina and Dean Management Consultan with a total amount of Rp 1.5 billion were once again rejected by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.

This rejection puts Noverizky Tri Putra and Arif Budiman in the highest position in the PKPU process that implicates Rea Wiradinata. Noverizky stated that Rea Wiradinata, who is also a suspect at the South Jakarta Police, is at risk of bankruptcy and insolvency if he does not repay his debt to him and Arif Budiman.

"He has been given 20 days since March 7, 2024, by the court to submit a new settlement proposal," said Noverizky when met in Jakarta on Friday (15/3).

1. Will Reveal True Identity

With the decision of the PKPU, Noverizky asks Rea to be aware of herself and not to dodge. He said that if Rea Wiradinata continues to dodge, it will reveal her true identity in the public eye.

"If she continues to dodge, then her fate will be in an undesirable state," he said.

"Not to mention that prison also threatens her regarding my report at the South Jakarta Police Station. It is truly unfortunate and pitiful because she is continuously involved in alleged criminal activities," he continued.

2. Evading Investigator's Summons

On the other hand, a Malaysian entrepreneur who is a colleague of Rea Wiradinata, named Dato Sri Muhammed Shaheen, once again evaded the summons of the South Jakarta Police investigators. Shaheen was supposed to undergo questioning as a suspect on Thursday (14/3), but for the second time, he did not appear to fulfill the police summons.

3. Case of Alleged Fraud and Embezzlement

For your information, Shaheen is a suspect listed in the Bali Regional Police's Wanted List. He was reported by his former lawyer, Noverizky Tri Putra, at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police with police report LP/B/4461/VII/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated July 31, 2023, for alleged fraud and embezzlement.

"So this is the second summons for Shaheen regarding the alleged fraud and embezzlement that I previously reported, and he once again did not appear. Because he did not appear for the second summons, he is at risk of being declared a suspect for the second time," he explained.

4. Additional New Evidence

Meanwhile, regarding the report against Rea Wiradinata, Noverizky stated that he has added new evidence to the investigators at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police. This new evidence can refute all the statements made by Rea Wiradinata regarding the origin of the Rp2.5 billion money.

"With the evidence that we have submitted to the investigators, we believe that Ms. Rea will become a suspect," he said.
