"I make sure to take the time, like every morning I walk for 30 minutes while I also have to lose weight, right? Besides that, it's also for health, there are several exercises," said Vicky as seen on the Pagi-pagi Ambyar Trans TV event, Tuesday (24/6/2025).

Vicky Shu admitted that she is now more serious about her weight loss program. She regularly walks for 30 minutes every morning, as advised by the nutritionist who is handling her.

"That really helps with the weight loss program. So if, for example, yesterday I gained a lot like yesterday 10 kg, I have to make time for it. Indeed, and that is also for health," she explained.

In addition, Vicky is also active in water sports such as swimming and freediving.

The sport is not only beneficial for losing weight but also supports her profession as a singer.

"But I swim differently. So for someone like me, being a singer, it's good for keeping my breath," she said.

Vicky Shu always regularly consults with a nutritionist. She has indeed tried dieting several times.   "I have been on a diet several times. For example, I lost 30 kg before. Although sometimes I suddenly gain weight, it's easier to gain now. Just a little tired and I tend to gain weight, right? Lack of sleep also makes me gain weight," she revealed.
