After success in several culinary businesses, Arya Saloka decided to enter the fashion business. This time, the Ikatan Cinta soap opera actor collaborated with his friend, Dr. Ekles. They established a contemporary fashion brand called Verkoop. There are many interesting stories behind this business!
On Tuesday (22/2), Arya Saloka and Dr. Ekles released their collaboration, Verkoop. The release was held in Megamendung, Bogor Regency, West Java.
Verkoop itself provides currently popular clothes. The name Verkoop itself is taken from Dutch, which means popular.
The public's enthusiasm for this brand can be considered quite good. Because on Monday (21/2) yesterday, Verkoop has released Suge hoodies through the PO system and immediately sold out 222 pieces.
Apparently, many are interested in hoodies made with good quality. Suge itself has an extraordinary meaning in Japanese, like the quality of its products.
Another meaning, Arya hopes that this Suge hoodie can accompany its users in achieving extraordinary things.
"No need to be big to be extraordinary. We are extraordinary in every way we have. We want Verkoop to be able to accompany any type of activity you have," said Dr. Ekles.
"Hopefully, the Suge hoodie becomes one of the witnesses for hoodie buddies to become extraordinary individuals who always grow in dreams and hopes," Arya continued.
Arya also revealed that he doesn't care too much about appearance. But he prioritizes comfort. That's why he's so excited about the concept brought by Verkoop.
"Because hoodies are very popular. Secondly, I usually wear hoodies, and besides that, many women who wear hijab also want to wear them. It's more unisex," Arya explained about choosing hoodies as his initial step with Verkoop.
Arya also hopes that his business can progress and develop in the long term. "Starting a business is indeed for the future, we have a big mission and vision together with Dr. Ekles," Arya concluded.
