Synopsis of JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 Complete with Character List

Amidst this chaos, Yuta Okkotsu is asked to hunt Yuji Itadori. He acts as the “executor” to stop or even kill Yuji due to the accusations and consequences of his actions during the Shibuya Incident.

Meanwhile, Megumi Fushiguro and his allies—including new characters—begin to strategize for the Culling Game, which has complicated rules involving enemy colonies scattered across various locations in Japan.

The Culling Game itself is governed by Kenjaku; the participants—Jujutsu sorcerers and non-sorcerers with cursed techniques or cursed spirits—are forced to participate in a life-and-death game with point rules: killing a sorcerer earns big points; killing a non-sorcerer earns small points.

Additionally, there is a time limit—specific days when participants must continue to survive or be eliminated. Kenjaku also exploits this system to strengthen his influence, gathering the cursed energy needed for his ambitions.

Amid the game, various alliances, betrayals, and moral dilemmas begin to emerge. Yuji, burdened with guilt over the destruction and deaths in Shibuya, must face a dilemma: can he maintain his idealism while the rules of the Culling Game compel many acts of violence and sacrifice?

Megumi also receives significant attention, especially due to his relationship with Tsumiki and how he navigates the hopes of many that he will be the savior.

The conflict among new sorcerers intensifies with the emergence of characters like Kinji Hakari and Hajime Kashimo, whose powers and motives change the dynamics of the game.

At the same time, clashes between old characters and powerful curses continue to evolve, along with surprising twists regarding the game rules, participant identities, and the risk that parties considered “safe” can turn out to be very dangerous.

One of the most anticipated climaxes is when Gojo, despite being imprisoned, is finally freed and confronts Kenjaku—but not without intervention from other powers like Sukuna.

This arc concludes with great tension: several battles that determine the fate of many characters, revelations of enemy motivations, and a cliffhanger that leaves readers/viewers with questions—what will Sukuna do, what will happen to the ruins after the Culling Game, and can Yuji, Megumi, and their allies really stop Kenjaku?
