NALURI HATI tells the story of a young girl named Dinda (Shanice Margaretha) who lives her life without her biological mother. She lives with her father and stepmother, who are evil-hearted and often bring her many problems.
Her stepmother, Rina (Debby Cynthia Dewi), always behaves gently and kindly towards Dinda. But behind it all, she has evil plans for Dinda and her father, which is to take over the family's wealth.
Meanwhile, Dinda, who is unaware of the evil plan, behaves well and treats Rina as if she were her own mother. Rina starts her evil plan by killing Dinda's father. After that, she also forces her stepdaughter to marry a man of her choice, Gilang (Donny Michael).
