Taken for Assessment, Ojan Sisitipsi Looks Different Without Wearing a Prisoner's Clothes

Kapanlagi.com - On Wednesday morning (23/3/2022) at around 10.00 WIB, Ojan, the vocalist of the band Sisitipsi, was taken out of detention to the BNN of DKI Jakarta Province. His full name is Muhammad Fauzan Lubis and he will undergo the assessment process.

As previously known, Ojan was arrested by the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police after performing in the Blok M area. In his arrest, the police found one clip of marijuana residue weighing 0.2 grams.

1. Not Wearing Prison Clothes

When taken out of the West Jakarta Metro Police detention center towards the car, Ojan Sisitipsi's appearance caught attention. Because he didn't wear prisoner clothes. Instead, he wore a white shirt wrapped in a black cardigan as a top, and gray cotton pants as the bottom.

With his hair tied up, the singer of the song Alkohol never stopped smiling. He also answered some questions asked by the media.

2. Hoping for the Best

Ojan Sisitipsi revealed that he is in good health. He is also ready to undergo the assessment process where he will be interviewed by the BNN Assessment team of DKI Jakarta Province.

"(Condition) Thank God I'm healthy. Hopefully, the best (assessment result) he he. Thank you all," said Ojan at the West Jakarta Metro Police.

3. Rehabilitation Awaits Assessment Results

The Head of the Narcotics Unit at West Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Hary Gasgari, revealed that three days ago, Ojan Sisitipsi's family had applied for rehabilitation. The rehabilitation process will be determined based on the results of the assessment later.

"Later, there will be in-depth interviews with BNNP DKI and the results will take about two to three days, depending on the situation. The legal process will continue while waiting for recommendations from BNNP," said Hary Gasgari.

4. Marijuana to Enhance Performance

During questioning, Ojan Sisitipasi admitted to using marijuana to support his activities. In addition to leftover marijuana, the police also seized evidence of five and a half Xanax pills, half a Dumolid pill, one Alprazolam pill, one Lavol capsule, prescriptions for psychotropic drugs, and his black Jazz car. They also found a pack of paper at his home in the Larangan area of Cipadu, Tangerang.

Based on the urine test results, Ojan tested positive for THC. The police charged Muhammad Fauzan with Article 127 paragraph 1 of the Narcotics Law No. 35 of 2009, which carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison.
