Teddy, Lina Jubaedah's Husband, Secretly Sells Rizky Febian's Villa and Car

Kapanlagi.com - Teddy Pardiyana, who previously requested to meet directly with Rizky Febian and Putri Delina, apparently skipped their scheduled meeting on December 16th. Unable to attend, the husband of the late Lina Jubaedah was represented by his attorney.

Having taken the time amidst their busy schedules, it's no wonder that Rizky Febian and Putri Delina ended up feeling disappointed. They then held a press conference that eventually revealed one by one the facts behind the heated dispute over the late Lina Jubaedah's inheritance.

Claiming to have entrusted Rp 5 billion to his mother, Rizky said that the entrusted funds have now become assets. However, he is unaware of several of his assets that have secretly been sold by Teddy Pardiyana.

1. Where Are All of Rizky Febian's Assets?

"We have received information that the money that was in my mother's possession back then has been turned into several assets. For example, there are boarding houses, a villa in Bandung Indah, and a building materials store. Basically, there are several assets that have been established, and what I want to question is, naturally, my rights. So, where are they?" said Rizky Febian.

"Because my late mother is no longer here, what I want to question is where my rights have gone. And if there are any income, how much and where does it go?" continued Rizky, as stated in the recent press conference.

2. Teddy Sells Rizky's Villa

What's even more surprising is that some of these assets, such as the villa and cars owned by Rizky, have secretly been sold by Teddy. This inevitably shocked the singer of the song "Tak Lagi Sama".

"The problem is, I was also shocked to find out that the villa in Bandung was sold, while that is Kiki's right. So, if he suddenly sells it, it's a violation, in the sense that it is Kiki's personal right. Then why was it suddenly sold?" Rizky wondered.

He continued, "And there is also some information, like the issue of the boarding houses, that is Kiki's right. Now it has been donated to Putri, and Putri manages it every month. And suddenly, there are two people on a website saying that it (the boarding houses) will be sold. Why did it come to that?"

3. Also Selling Rizky's Car

Bahyuni Zaili, the lawyer for Rizky and Putri, added, "One more thing, earlier Iki had a Kijang Innova car, which was used by the late mother Lina. And then it was found out that various information had been sold by Mr. Teddy."

"Well, Iki also questioned that. 'Where is my Kijang? If it's sold, where is the money?' If, for example, Iki owns it, then if it's sold, the money should be handed over to Iki," he concluded.
