The dispute over the inheritance of the late Lina Jubaedah has heated up again after Teddy Pardiyana came forward with a request for a determination of heirs at the Bandung Religious Court (PA). In response to this, comedian Sule finally spoke up regarding several assets that are considered to be of unclear whereabouts, including the contents of a safety box that had become a topic of discussion.

Sule revealed that this legal matter has been fully handed over to a lawyer. However, he could not remain silent upon hearing reports of valuable documents that have gone missing from the storage place. According to information received by Sule, there are parties who have taken the contents of the storage box before the immediate family could manage it at the bank.

For Sule, the issue of heirs should not be complicated if all assets are returned to their rightful places. He emphasized that honesty is the key to resolving this long-standing controversy. Moreover, there are several assets that are claimed to belong to Rizky Febian personally, not the inheritance of the late mother.

"The news about the safety box came from the late driver's perspective. At that time, Putri (Delina) wanted to take care of it at the bank, but the bank said someone had already taken care of it two days ago. So, who took it? That's the question," said Sule when met in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (4/2/2026).

Sule also requested that the relevant parties no longer hold onto documents that do not belong to them. He hopes that all the missing letters will be returned before the mediation process or court proceedings continue further. For him, clarity on assets is a priority before discussing the division of inheritance.

"The point is, if there are indeed some letters that are missing, they should just be returned. Where are the letters? And then the rental agreement for Iky (Rizky Febian), return it. Because that is not the property of the deceased, that belongs to Iky, the 5 billion is his," Sule said.

In response to netizens' insinuations that Teddy wants to control the assets, Sule provided a rather profound answer. He reminded about the existence of religious law and state law in managing other people's rights. He does not want his children to feel disturbed by demands that he considers inappropriate.

"It's okay. If it can be done, then it’s not a problem. If he wants to take it, he can just bring it. That means he hasn't learned religion if that's the case. There are laws about how we consume other people's property," Sule said.

Sule is also puzzled by Teddy's reason, which states that the determination of heirs is necessary for Bintang's school matters. According to him, the requirements for school admission have nothing to do with the legal status of heirs in court. "He probably needs funds. It seems like he needs money. It’s impossible for the determination of heirs to be one of the requirements for school admission," Sule concluded.
