"This is just waiting for the case number for the registration fee for the lawsuit, which we have already paid. We just have to wait for the trial schedule and case number. Usually, if we register today, it still takes some time for the process until the case number is issued," he continued.

When asked further, Minola added that the case number for Dewi's lawsuit is likely to be issued soon. However, formally, he admitted that he has officially registered his client's lawsuit against Andrew Andika.

"So maybe in 1-2 days, the case number will be issued, just waiting for that. But formally, Tengku Dewi's divorce lawsuit against Andrew Andika has been registered today, June 6, 2024, at 14:36 to the Cibinong District Court," he said.

In addition, Minola revealed the reason why Dewi filed for divorce from Andrew Andika, which is already known due to adultery as regulated in the Marriage Law, regarding divorce.

"So the reason is as regulated in letter A, which can be interpreted as a violation that does not maintain the sanctity of marriage is the same as adultery. So that's our reason, of course with some other legal aspects," she explained.

Meanwhile, the custody of the child is also included in Tengku Dewi's lawsuit against Andrew. As for the joint property, it is not included, considering that this couple already has a prenuptial agreement.

"So custody is what we are asking for. Regarding property, we did not include it in this lawsuit, considering that Tengku Dewi and Andrew Andika are already married and have a prenuptial agreement," he concluded.
