Tengku Dewi Putri, the ex-wife of Andrew Andika, revealed that she has no plans to open her heart to another man after officially divorcing on December 18, 2024. Currently, the main focus of the 37-year-old woman is raising her two children, Eshan Rayn Fischer and Zeya Savvanah Luv, who are still very young.
"Not right now, I think. Because the kids are still small," Dewi said when met in the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (5/6/2025).
She explained that her responsibilities as a single mother have made her not think about resuming a romantic relationship. In addition to still having to adjust to her new life after moving to Bali, Dewi is also busy with her daily routine with her two children.
It is not impossible, Dewi also hinted that in the future she might rekindle a relationship. However, for now, she chooses to live life as it is and leave everything to fate.
"But maybe in the future, who knows, it's called destiny, it's called fortune, everything is already arranged by Allah," she added.
Since her separation from Andrew, Dewi admitted that she has learned a lot and is trying to be both a mother and the head of the family for her children. She fills her daily life with activities in Bali, from managing the house, raising children, to running a digital and social media business that can be done from home.
Although it's not easy being a single parent, Dewi admits she is grateful for having a support system from friends and family who are ready to help when she feels overwhelmed caring for her children.
For Dewi, life right now is an important transitional period. She wants to ensure her two children grow up in a stable and loving environment, without rushing into a new chapter of love.
Her decision to postpone opening her heart is a form of awareness of the responsibility she now bears alone. With two young children, Dewi feels their happiness is her top priority in life at this moment.
