The issue between Ashanty and her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, has now expanded and dragged in other parties. Feeling that his company's reputation has been tarnished, Anang Hermansyah's business partner, Erie Prasetyo, officially filed a police report at the Metro Jaya Police, on Tuesday (7/10/2025).

Erie Prasetyo, who serves as the President Director of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara (HDN), arrived accompanied by his attorney, Mengatta Toding Allo. This report was made in response to Ayu Chairun Nurisa's statement claiming to be an employee of PT HDN during a virtual press conference some time ago.

"That is completely untrue and it is very detrimental to us because there is no basis for it at all," Erie told the media crew.

Erie emphasized that although he is aware of the feud between Ashanty and Ayu, his company is not involved in the matter at all. Ayu's statement linking herself to PT HDN is considered a defamation that has serious implications for the continuity of his business.

The losses incurred are also not trivial. According to Erie, Ayu's baseless claims have created a negative perception and resulted in significant financial losses for his company.

"So it is spreading here, it seems we are part of that case. This is very detrimental because just this morning there was already a contract termination with our company's partner," Erie stated. "Our client ultimately decided to end the cooperation, and that harms us business-wise," he added.

Meanwhile, Erie’s attorney, Mengatta Toding Allo, explained the technical details of the report that was made. He stated that the reporter in this case is not PT HDN as a legal entity, but rather its employees who are fully supported by the CEO.

Surprisingly, Erie’s side has also calculated the total losses incurred due to the termination of the cooperation contract. The amount is estimated to reach a very fantastic figure.

"The potential losses reach 1 billion, because the cooperation was just reported at 8 AM this morning as being terminated, that’s why Mr. Erie after this will go again to save his contract," Mengatta concluded.

Previously, in a press conference she held, Ayu Chairun Nurisa admitted that she had worked for eight years as part of the finance team at PT HDN. This statement became the main trigger for the legal action currently taken by Erie Prasetyo.
