The Case of Irwansyah's Money Embezzlement Continues, Laudya Cynthia Bella Speaks Out

Not staying silent, Laudya Cynthia Bella also speaks out. She provides several clarifications through her Instagram story on Saturday (28/3). For Bella, the truth must be conveyed, especially since her name is also involved.

1. Receive Reports Through Telegram Group

Bella explained that on December 23, 2017, she and all shareholders held a meeting to discuss management fees. They all received financial reports through a Telegram group.

"Both before and after the December 23, 2017 meeting, shareholders received regular financial and sales reports from Bandung Makuta Director, Fitrah, through the Telegram group," Bella wrote.

2. No Rejection

All of the reports were approved by the shareholders, even Medina Zein did not express any objection despite briefly leaving the meeting.

"All shareholders agreed with the decision made during the meeting regarding management fees on December 23, 2017. Including Medina, she also agreed with the meeting's outcome but left the meeting later due to issues with her company," Bella continued.

3. Medina Zein Agrees

Although leaving the meeting, Medina stated that she agreed with the meeting's decision. Bella then revealed how related to the embezzlement allegations made by Medina against Irwansyah, they had previously held a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) but Medina was absent.

4. RUPS Proceeds

The previously delayed RUPS finally proceeded without Medina's presence on December 19, 2019.

"Finally, all shareholders present, amounting to 80 percent of the shares, decided to continue the RUPS meeting and accept the financial and sales explanations. Including all shareholders are still consistent with the decision of the meeting on December 23, 2017," Bella continued.

5. Prioritize Manners and Ethics

Bella closed the clarification by inviting anyone to prioritize manners and ethics in communication.
