The Child Reveals Mat Solar's Condition After Stroke, Still Struggling to Speak

Kapanlagi.com - The child of Mat Solar, Popon, recently provided the latest update regarding his father's health condition, who is still recovering after suffering a stroke some time ago. Mat Solar, known for his role in the soap opera 'BAJAJ BAJURI', is now struggling against various complications caused by the stroke he experienced.

According to Popon, his father's condition is generally stable, but he has not shown significant progress in terms of speaking.

"In my opinion, the progress is still the same, it’s still like that. Also, at his age, it's hard for him to speak," Popon revealed when met in the Pamulang area on Sunday (15/9/2024).

"I try to entertain my dad every day, like encouraging him to say A I U E O, but he can only say A U. It's just difficult to cheer him up, like holding his hand and saying come on, come on, that’s all," he added.

1. Difficulties in Speaking and Vision Impairment

Popon added that Mat Solar not only has difficulties speaking but also experiences vision impairment.

"His vision is somewhat blurry, yes. It's like it's a bit disturbed, but his hearing is fine. As for speaking, it's still the same," he said.

2. Routine Physical Therapy

In his daily care, Mat Solar still undergoes physical therapy, although not regularly.

"Physical therapy is still ongoing, sometimes once a month. Medication is also still continuing, but it's my mom who knows more about the medication," said Popon.

3. Buying a Hospital Bed

For treatment, Mat Solar is still under the doctor's supervision, but the family has not tried alternative medicine. Popon explained that his father spends most of his time resting at home on a special mattress that facilitates his care.

"No, he just lies down on the bed. They even bought a hospital bed to make it easier. For example, if dad wants to eat, they just lift him up like that," said Popon.

4. Provide the Best Care

Popon also mentioned that the expenses for his father's care are quite large, especially to ensure that his father receives the best treatment.

"If you say it's a lot, then it must be a lot because I have to take care of my father until he recovers, so it will definitely be expensive. Whatever it takes to make my father healthy, I will do it inshaAllah," he explained.

5. Was Rushed to the Hospital

Mat Solar was briefly treated at Persahabatan Hospital last week due to difficulties in urination, but he returned home immediately after the procedure was completed.

Nonetheless, Popon assured that his father is still receiving regular care from the hospital. Popon hopes his father's health will continue to improve, although he is aware that the recovery process will take a long time.
