The Content of the Divorce Document Circulates, Andre Taulany's Party Refuses to Comment and Chooses to Maintain Privacy

Kapanlagi.com - The circulation of the old divorce ruling document between Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina on social media has resurfaced sensitive issues, one of which concerns allegations of mistreatment towards the Household Assistant (ART).

When confirmed about this, Andre Taulany's lawyer, Galih Rakasiwi, chose not to comment much on the main subject of the case, whether it is old or new. He reasoned that divorce hearings, especially in the Religious Court, are closed because they involve someone's privacy and personal matters.

"Well, if I am asked now, once again I explain, I do not want to talk about the main case at this moment. Because this is a closed matter. I am also still keeping it private. It is called the Religious Court, which is closed. This is also about someone's privacy, personal matters, you know," said Galih at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Friday (17/10/2025).

1. Not Denying

However, Galih does not deny that the circulating document is a valid court decision and can be accessed by anyone. Therefore, his side is not in a position to refute the contents of the document that has become public consumption.

"Yes, as I explained earlier, regarding the rebuttal of what has circulated, we cannot refute it. Indeed, it has already been uploaded, it can be accessed, that's the point," he said.

2. Surrender

Andre Taulany's side chose to surrender and leave the assessment entirely to the public regarding the contents of the old ruling.

"So, Mr. Haji, in terms of his seriousness, even if there is already one, yes, surrender, let the public assess it as they see fit," Galih said.

3. Still In Process

Meanwhile, regarding the ongoing lawsuit, Galih ensures that its contents remain confidential and asks all parties to respect the existing legal process.

"I can't talk about that right now. Like that. Still in process. Later, if a decision is made, everything can be seen, right? Let's all respect each other," he concluded.
