Kapanlagi.com - The mother of Tamara Tyasmara, Ristya Aryuni was present at the continuation hearing of her grandson's death case, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, held at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (2/9/2024). The agenda for this hearing was to listen to the witness testimony from the defendant Yudha Arfandi.
There were five people who provided their witness testimonies in front of the panel of judges.

After the hearing, Ristya was very upset after listening to the testimonies of the five witnesses in the courtroom. According to her, the witnesses did not provide their statements according to the facts.
"Just one word, the witness statement is 100 percent a lie," said Ristya at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (2/9/2024). Â
The five witnesses presented are close people to Yudha Arfandi. Therefore, Ristya stated that the witnesses had arranged their statements in front of the panel of judges.
"Those witnesses must have been arranged, everything is 100 percent a lie, all the statements from the witnesses, all of his friends," he said.
Not only Ristya, Tamara Tyasmara's friend, Vanessa Talisa, also attended the trial and said the same thing. Especially the statement from one witness who mentioned that Tamara likes to hurt herself.Â
One of the witnesses stated that Tamara had once gone berserk at Yudha's residence. In addition to hurting herself, Tamara even destroyed Yudha's furniture at that time.Â
"I know Tamara, she wouldn't act like that if it weren't for her partner. Because I have known her since she was little," said Vanessa.
According to Vanessa, it was Yudha Arfandi who committed acts of violence against Tamara Tyasmara. Vanessa even has photographic evidence of the bruises suffered by Tamara.Â
