Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani picked up Laura Meizani Mawardi, alias Lolly, at an apartment in the Bintaro area of South Jakarta on Thursday (19/9/2024) afternoon. The pick-up moment ended in chaos due to Lolly's resistance as she screamed for help to be released.
The pick-up process was not a police procedure. It was actually an initiative from Nikita in an effort to save the future of her eldest daughter.
"There was no pick-up (from the police). Because this child belongs to NM, which means she is still under NM's care. In my opinion, that is the responsibility of the parent," said the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, to the media crew.

After Lolly was picked up from the apartment, Nikita Mirzani did not immediately take her daughter home. Instead, she took her to the hospital for the purpose of undergoing an examination.
"NM met LM to take or to have LM examined at the hospital. Of course, for the examination. Later, the examination results will serve as clear evidence," said AKP Nurma Dewi.
Although the pickup was initiated by Nikita Mirzani as the parent, it was done with the knowledge of the police. In fact, there was a team accompanying the pickup process.
"Yes, so that (the pickup) was coordinated with the South Jakarta Police. Because there was indeed assistance. There must be assistance because she is a minor," emphasized AKP Nurma Dewi.
