The Story of Anwar Fuady's Wife Since Being Ill to Contracting the Covid-19 Virus

Kapanlagi.com - The body of senior actor Anwar Fuady's wife, Farida Cosim or Farida Fuady, was immediately buried at the Al Ma'arif Wakaf Cemetery Foundation, Tanggerang, following Covid-19 protocols.

As a husband, Anwar Fuady admitted that he had sincerely let go of the departure of his beloved. Indeed, before being exposed to Covid-19, his wife had kidney failure.

"If my aunt's disease, 3 years of dialysis, kidney failure, one year in Singapore, two years here, it's normal, healthy," said Anwar Fuady after the funeral, Sunday (18/7).

1. PCR Test

It was only recently discovered that the deceased was suspected of being infected with the coronavirus when she wanted to resume her treatment routine. Suddenly, her condition deteriorated drastically, and she was eventually advised to undergo a PCR test.

"But recently, when she was undergoing dialysis, she collapsed, unconscious, and then after finishing dialysis, the doctor asked for a PCR test, on July 13, waiting for 5 hours, the result was positive for Covid," said Anwar Fuady.

2. Unable to Get Treatment Room

After knowing his wife's condition, Anwar Fuady and his child tried to find a hospital for her treatment. Finally, they found a hospital, but they didn't get a treatment room.

"My child took someone to search for a hospital, couldn't find it, searched here and there, finally found it. Got it from my child's friend. Got it at Ciputra Hospital, but can't even enter the ER room, and yet they are grateful, got good standard service but can't go to the room because it's full, the room is empty if someone goes home or passes away," explained Anwar Fuady.

"So for 4 days, Wednesday-Sunday, five days it kept declining until finally my wife passed away, very peacefully," he concluded.
