Aldwin Rahadian, legal advisor, briefly explained about the agenda of the trial that day. He said that Ahmad Dhani is not guilty and does not fulfill the elements of a crime. In front of the media, Aldwin also provided an explanation.

"Very ready. There are 2 defenses, one from the legal advisor, of course based on legal aspects. The other one is from me personally, from non-legal aspects," said the man born in Surabaya, East Java.
