The Trial of Lucinta Luna's Drug Case Will Be Held Soon via Teleconference

Kapanlagi.com - On February 11, Lucinta Luna was arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police narcotics detective unit. During the search in her apartment, ecstasy pills as well as two types of drugs, tramadol and riklona, were found.

Based on the hair and blood tests at BNN Lido, this controversial dangdut singer was proven to have consumed drugs containing amphetamines. As of March 6, Lucinta has been placed in Pondok Bambu Detention Center, East Jakarta.

1. Immediate Session Begins

Held for nearly a month, Milano Lubis, as the legal representative, stated that the trial process for Lucinta Luna will be held soon. The Covid-19 pandemic is not a problem because the trial will be conducted via teleconference.

"The latest update is that Lucinta just needs to wait for the trial. The trial can be done online, there is a plan for that. Because the trial is online, there is no need to go to the court due to the current situation," said Milano Lubis when contacted by phone on Wednesday (8/4/2020).

2. Salted Fish Trial Uses Teleconference

The trial process via teleconference has been implemented since earlier this week. Previously, there was a trial for the Salted Fish case involving Galih Ginanjar as well as the couple Pablo Putera Benua and Rey Utami.

During the trial, the Judge, Public Prosecutor, and legal representatives undergo the usual process in the courtroom. Meanwhile, the three detainees are in the detention room sitting in the same position as during the trial.
