However, because he disagreed with the decision of the panel of judges, Askara Parasady Harsono filed an appeal after 13 days of the divorce verdict being determined. This was conveyed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Dra. Hj. Taslimah when interviewed at her office on Friday (21/5).

"On May 19, 2021, the attorney for the appellant stated that an appeal had been filed," said Taslimah.

Currently, Taslimah said that the application is still in the process of appeal. However, until now, Askara has not submitted it yet, so it is not known what appeal material has been submitted.

"Only the appeal statement, the appeal memorandum has not been submitted, so we cannot provide information about the material that will be submitted," he said.

In addition, the Religious Court also gives a deadline to Askara to submit the appeal memorandum. If the specified deadline has not been met, the application will still be sent to the high court.

"After the decision of the South Jakarta Religious Court is received, he will submit the appeal application and all parties will be notified," he added.

There will be a receipt for the appeal memorandum after that period. If the memorandum is not submitted within one month, the case file for the appeal will still be given to the Religious High Court," he concluded.

It is known that Nindy Ayunda filed for divorce from her husband on January 12, 2021, at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Domestic violence and infidelity are the reasons Nindy Ayunda wants to separate from her husband.
