"Well, it's not possible to be accepted. His condition is still in detention, so it's not possible for him to have an income," said Nindy's lawyer, Herman Simarmata when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Friday (21/5).
However, her lawyer stated that there may be some objections regarding this matter. Nevertheless, according to him, Nindy Ayunda still feels capable of supporting her child on her own, despite receiving minimal financial support from Askara Parasady Harsono.
"If there is a slight objection, it surely exists, but it is not a fundamental issue for Ms. Nindy," said Herman.
"Nindy is a strong and resilient woman, she can take care of her child," he added.
Meanwhile, it is known that Nindy Ayunda's divorce petition was granted by the South Jakarta Religious Court on May 6, 2021. However, her request for financial support from Askara was not approved by the Panel of Judges.
