"From the explanation of criminal experts, we are indeed quite optimistic. It means that from the charged article, the elements of each article related to the incident are explained. We can dispute the application of the article one by one based on the testimony we heard," said Arif Hidayat as Vicky's legal representative after the trial.

2. Example for Husbands throughout Indonesia

Seeing the problems currently faced, Vicky Prasetyo feels that he can be an example for husbands out there. For example, raiding his wife with another man, as the head of the household, he cannot be blamed just like that. However, everything depends on the court's decision.

"My case is not just a personal matter for me, but also an example for all households in Indonesia. That, for example, a husband raiding his wife who is with another man at that time, may not necessarily be guilty. This is still subjective. It is the court that will determine the future," said Vicky in the same occasion.
