1. Starting from a Hobby

Before becoming a streamer, ZAN worked at a company as a programmer, a profession that had been his dream for a long time. At that time, he enjoyed playing games while live streaming. He even thought about changing careers, even though gaming as a profession was not as promising and booming as it is now.

"When I was streaming for fun, I was contacted by MainGames Indonesia, a creator service provider and official partner of Facebook Gaming. They asked me to join as a partner and I would get paid, who would refuse?" said the Top 10 player in PUBG Asia while laughing.

2. Initial Struggle in His Career

Fauzan, who was once a member of the Armored Project Alpha esports team, also experienced difficulties when starting out as a streamer, such as having few viewers.

However, this member of BA Team Secret did not give up and continued to pursue his hobby consistently. In fact, he does live streaming on FB Gaming every day at 1:00 PM WIB and continues at 8:00 PM WIB. With his effort and consistency, it's no wonder that ZAN's salary can afford him a house, car, and proper streaming studio.

"If you're just starting out as a streamer with the intention of making money, it usually doesn't last long. So, you have to enjoy playing games first and be consistent," he concluded.

3. Find Your Soulmate through Gaming

Meeting your soulmate while playing games can be considered one of Captain ZAN's lucky moments. The owner of the IG account @fauzan.me met a woman named Nguyen Xuan Mai while playing Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile.

Their relationship continued on WhatsApp and social media. They even had a long-distance relationship: Mai in America, Fauzan in Indonesia. However, they were hesitant to pursue a relationship due to their religious and national differences.

"At that time, I said, it's better for you to find a girlfriend in Indonesia. You and I won't have any results because I'm still in school and have no plans to date," recalled Mai, who also owns the FB Gaming account @xmei.live.

As time went on, Mai began to fall in love with ZAN. Even when she went on vacation to her hometown in Vietnam, Mai flew to Indonesia to meet ZAN. Since then, she has been convinced of ZAN's love.

"I have never dated before and this is my first love," she said.

Mai also embraced Islam and finally married ZAN. Now, they have been blessed with a son named Haris.
