Before becoming known as he is now, Dede worked as an office boy. Luck brought him to become an artist and made him known until now.
However, his personal life was not so smooth. Dede was almost divorced by his wife because he was caught cheating with another woman.
Lucky, his wife forgave Dede at that time, and they continued their marriage until they were blessed with 3 children. "It was a long time ago, then I admitted that I used to play with someone, meaning I dated someone without his knowledge," said Dede as quoted by Brownies Trans TV.
Before marrying Karen Hertatum, Dede admitted that he had been married twice. "Three times (married), one was unofficial. Winda Haurunisa from Bandung," said Dede Sunandar quoted from YouTube Nexera Entertainment.
Dede's first marriage ended quickly because of his father-in-law. According to Dede, initially his father-in-law behaved well because he saw him becoming famous.
However, Dede felt that he was only being used by his former in-laws. Dede admitted that he was once taken to a dealer and asked to buy a car for his in-law. But because he didn't have any money, Dede was eventually asked to divorce his wife.
He then married for the second time to Rianty, a girl from Sukabumi, which also ended in divorce. Neng Rianty (the person) from Sukabumi. We only had a secret marriage," said Dede Sunandar.
Meanwhile, Dede hopes that his current third marriage will be his last. "The third wife will be the last, God willing," concluded Dede Sunandar.
