"Come on, lift your face up, bro," said the media crew to Yudha, at the Jakarta Metro Police, South Jakarta, on Monday (12/2/2024).

Yudha ignored the media crew's request and shortly after, under police escort, the 33-year-old Yudha was taken away.

1. Drowned 12 Times

The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi, explained the modus operandi carried out by Yudha when drowning Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante in the swimming pool.

"The suspect submerged the victim in the pool 12 times with durations of 14, 4, 2, 26, 4, 21, 7, 17, 8, 26, and finally, the victim's body was submerged in the pool for 54 seconds," said Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi.

"Then the victim tried to swim to the edge of the pool, but the suspect made suspicious movements so that the victim could not reach the edge of the pool," added Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi.

2. Dante Case

The suspect Yudha in the case is charged with Article 76c in conjunction with Article 80 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection and/or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of death or life imprisonment.

"A total of 23 witnesses were examined, where we have already conducted examinations of forensic experts, namely Dr. Farah, who is the head of the forensic medical team for yesterday's exhumation," said Commissioner Pol Wira Satya Triputra, Director of the Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

As is known, on Saturday (2/27), Tamara Tyasmara planned to go to the swimming pool with Dante after shooting. Unfortunately, the child had already been whining to swim first, so Tamara entrusted her son there with her lover.

Before entrusting Dante with her lover, Tamara Tyasmara had already told her son not to swim first. However, for some reason, Dante did not obey that day.

Not long after, Tamara Tyasmara returned to the swimming pool from the shooting location. Upon arrival, Tamara saw Dante being given artificial respiration by a visitor who happened to be a doctor, and unfortunately, Dante could not be saved.
