Kapanlagi.com - Tamara Tyasmara returned to the Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (9/2/2024). She came accompanied by her attorney, Sandy Arifin. Her visit was to undergo additional questioning regarding her son's death case, Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, who was suspected of drowning in a public swimming pool in East Jakarta.
On this occasion, Tamara Tyasmara submitted additional evidence in the form of a book about her son's health report. In addition, she also attached a letter requesting the Jakarta Metro Police to take over the handling of her son's death case.
"Today our client has additional questioning, and we also added evidence that we provided today, which is a book about the deceased's health," said Sandy Arifin at the Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (9/2/2024).
"There are also several pieces of evidence that we completed, including a letter of request from our client on Thursday, the 1st, which basically asks for the case to be transferred to the Jakarta Metro Police," added Sandy Arifin.

Sandy admitted that they deliberately refrained from commenting much to respect the investigation and inquiry conducted by the police. The same applies to the examination of CCTV footage.
"So don't think that our client is hiding something. We didn't withhold the CCTV footage, it's just part of the investigation process. It's confidential. But now that it has come to this, we are finally revealing it," said Sandy.

Regarding this case, the Jakarta Metro Police have arrested and designated Tamara Tyasmara's lover, Yudha Arfandi alias YA, as a suspect in Dante's death case.
Yudha Arfandi was arrested by the police at his home in the Pondok Kelapa area, East Jakarta. Tamara Tyasmara is grateful that the perpetrator of Dante's drowning in the swimming pool has been apprehended by the police.
"Alhamdulillah, the perpetrator has now been caught. Since yesterday, I've been silent, not doing anything. Everyone says I've been quiet, but why would I come here (to the Police) on Thursday (February 1st)," said Tamara, while crying.

In that occasion, Tamara also saw the CCTV footage of Dante drowning in the swimming pool for the first time.
"I've seen the CCTV footage from the beginning to the end, there's no way I could just stay silent. My child died, not in a coma, not disabled, not just sick," said Tamara.
"So it's impossible for a mother to just stay silent while her child is being hurt. So please understand, I'm not trying to cover up anything, I just want this process to run smoothly without me talking too much," concluded Tamara.
