To Avoid Privacy Disturbance, Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah Plan Honeymoon in Dubai

The event proceeded solemnly with the presence of President Joko Widodo as a witness from the groom's side and Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto as a witness from the bride's side.

After officially becoming husband and wife, in the next few days, Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah will embark on their honeymoon. If everything goes as planned, they are ready to spend time together in Dubai.

"Insha Allah, if everything goes well, we will go to Dubai. Departing on the 6th of April, Insha Allah," said Aurel in a press conference at Raffles Hotel, Kuningan area, South Jakarta.

"We will fast in Indonesia. But we will see first because we are still focused on the wedding," added Atta.

1. Privacy Issues

When asked why they chose to have their honeymoon abroad, it turns out it's because of privacy reasons. For a moment, this couple, who has many fans, wants to be free from the spotlight of people who know them.

"The initial plan was to stay in the country. But with all the various choices, we can't avoid our privacy. We know that many people are curious and care about us. But if we want privacy, it seems like we need to find another country first," explained Atta Halilintar.

2. Planning to Travel around Indonesia

Choosing to have their honeymoon abroad doesn't mean that Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah don't like destinations in Indonesia. In the future, they have planned to vacation in exotic places just the two of them.

"Choosing Dubai doesn't mean I don't like Indonesia. I really enjoy traveling in Indonesia. In fact, I have already planned to honeymoon and travel around the best cities. But because Ramadan is coming soon, we chose a place where we can have quality time," Atta said.
