Total Debt of Faisal Harris that Becomes a Burden for Sarita Abdul Mukti, Turns Out to be Almost Rp 50 Billion!

Kapanlagi.com - The feud between Sarita Abdul Mukti, Jennifer Dunn, and Faisal Harris is like a rolling ball of fire. Moreover, recently, Faisal through his lawyer revealed to the public about the assets that have been given to Sarita.

Not only a house in the luxurious area of Pondok Indah, Sarita apparently still has six other assets. Unfortunately, all of these houses have become collateral in the bank.

Through a post on Instastory, Sarita Abdul Mukti uploaded evidence of the agreement she made with Faisal Harris. It clearly states all the assets and debts left to the mother of four.

While presenting evidence in the form of a letter of agreement with Faisal Harris, Sarita explained that all the houses given to her have been mortgaged to the bank. What are they? Here are some of the assets she owns:

1. Pondok Indah House, offered at a price of Rp 48 billion but must pay off a debt of Rp 28 billion to the bank.
2. Cilandak Fatmawati, already sold for Rp 7.5 billion but must redeem a debt of Rp 5.9 billion.
3. Ampera Ragunan, priced at around Rp 6.5 billion, mortgaged to the bank for Rp 4 billion.
4. Ampera Ragunan, price range of Rp 6.5 billion and debt to the bank of Rp 4 billion.
5. Antasari, price range of Rp 7 billion and debt of Rp 4 billion.
6. Villa in Puncak, priced below Rp 2 billion.

2. Total Debt of Faisal Harris

If we total all the debts left by Faisal Harris, Sarita has a burden of Rp 47.9 billion or almost Rp 50 billion. According to her, selling all those assets is not as easy as discussed by Faisal Harris' lawyer.

Furthermore, Sarita revealed that her name was used for loan applications to the bank by Faisal Harris. She demanded that her ex-husband take responsibility for all the debts he has incurred.

"I'm the one being chased by the bank for a bank interest of Rp 77 million! Hey, honorable lawyer, tell your client to pay the bank interest on loans under my name. It's really evil to blacklisted my name by Bank Indonesia!" Sarita said, as quoted from her Instastory on Saturday (01/02/2020).
