Treated Well by Investigators, Rossa Reveals the Chronology of the Cancellation of Honor Confiscation from DNA Pro

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Rossa revealed the chronology of the cancellation of the honor seizure she received from DNA Pro by the Bareskrim Polri investigative team. She said that the investigators did not find any issues with the honor she received from singing at the DNA Pro event in December 2021.

During the investigation by the Bareskrim Polri Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) on Thursday, April 26, 2022, the investigative team did ask her if she was willing to have her honor seized to be used as evidence in court.

1. Ready to Answer

The singer, whose real name is Sri Rossa Roslaina Handiyani, admitted that she immediately answered yes, but she questioned why it had to be seized.

"At that time, I was asked if I was willing to have my honorarium seized temporarily to be given to the court as evidence," Rossa said when met at the K&K Advocates office in Jakarta on Tuesday night, April 26.

"And at that time, my honorarium was deducted first for operational purposes, and then the amount was informed by Mr. Humas at that time, and as time went by, we should have returned it this week after the investigative process yesterday," she continued.

2. No Problems Found

After the examination, the investigative team contacted him again and stated that the honor did not need to be confiscated. This is because the investigative team believes that no problems were found and there is no direct connection to the promotion of the DNA Pro trading robot fraud case currently being handled by Dittipideksus Bareskrim Polri.

"So we were contacted by Bareskrim, confirmed that after studying it, the contract did not violate and there was no indication to promote it, so my job happened to be singing on stage, so in the end we were asked not to hand it over for confiscation," he said.

3. Treated Well

During the examination process as a witness at that time, the singer familiarly known as Teteh Ocha also recounted that she was treated very well by the Bareskrim Polri investigator. She was asked to show the contract letter.

"So I came at that time to sing 6 songs if I'm not mistaken and then went home, that's it, so it was really just a normal job that I do every day. Then the data was stored by the investigator," she concluded.
