Tria speaks out about the video of herself that went viral while performing at her child's elementary school graduation. According to the vocalist of The Changcuters, her appearance at the event is something that is usually done as a form of support for her child.

"So actually, because I am already used to performing, for me personally it's not something special. It's like if a father works at PLN and can fix electricity, that's just normal. Well, actually what I did is just like that," said Tria when met in Kemang, South Jakarta, Thursday (25/6/2026).

When performing, Tria was accompanied by musicians who were not from a professional band. Because of that, she focused more on ensuring the show went smoothly.

"Meanwhile, these four accompanists are not band players. So what I had in mind was just how this show could finish from the first song to the last song. That was my first thought. The important thing is to ensure the performance goes well," said Tria.

She admitted she was surprised that her performance became a hot topic among the public. Her video went viral and received many comments from netizens.

"I feel confused about why there is so much coverage. But thank you very much. Because in my opinion, all the vocalists or guitarists whose children go to school there might also be asked to perform. For me, that’s just a normal thing," said the singer of Hijrah ke London.

Tria also emphasized that she has no intention of seeking attention or making her actions go viral. Because her goal is only to entertain at her child's school.

"So even when I performed, I never thought this should be made a big deal. Not at all," concluded Tria.
