Kapanlagi.com - After getting married, the couple Chelsea Olivia and Glenn Alinskie decided to take a break from soap operas. The reason is mainly because they have been busy with their business ventures, one of which is in the culinary world.

"Because we have many businesses at the same time, that's why it's difficult for us to continue acting in soap operas. So, many people ask why we have been absent, well it's because of this. We have many businesses to take care of and it's really challenging," said Chelsea during the opening of Alinskitchen in Blora, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (18/1/2020).

1. Afraid of Impact

Considering that they have been acting in soap operas for years, both Chelsea and Glenn admitted that they miss acting. However, they cannot force themselves to do something if they feel incapable.

"I really miss it, especially since I've been shooting since I was a child," Glenn said.

Chelsea added, "Actually, if we wanted to, we could force it. But we're afraid of the impact it would have on both of us. Soap operas are difficult to schedule, while our business is not stable," said the mother of one.

2. Becoming an Advertising Star

Although they are not acting in soap operas, Chelsea and Glenn still receive offers for shoots such as commercials. Or anything that only requires one to two days of shooting.

"We mostly shoot commercials or become brand ambassadors. For commercials, it only takes a day of shooting. Maybe if we have time and can do it, we will return to acting in soap operas," concluded Chelsea.
