Apparently this is the reason Virgoun wants custody of his third child

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial between Virgoun and Inara Rusli is still ongoing at the West Jakarta Religious Court. In the trial held on Wednesday (21/6), the agenda was reading the response to the lawsuit filed by Inara Rusli.

Regarding the points contained in the lawsuit, Virgoun apparently objected to the demand for custody of the children submitted by Inara Rusli. Virgoun's legal counsel stated that his client wants custody to be given to him.

"Yes, according to what Virgoun said before, we will ask for custody of all three children," said Virgoun's lawyer, Wijayono Hadisukrisno.

1. Reluctant to Reveal Details

When asked further, unfortunately Kris was reluctant to reveal in detail about the points of the lawsuit from the defendant. As for the demands from Inara, they include custody of the children, iddah maintenance, royalty rights, and joint rights such as common property such as vehicles and houses.

"We can't give a clear overview of the lawsuit, we have answered all the demands from the plaintiff. So if the material can't be disclosed," said Kris.

"So later in the final decision, it can be seen in the court's SIPP, if the trial has reached a final decision it will be open to the public so the points can be seen," he continued.

2. Reasons for Wanting Custody of Children

In addition, Kris also stated that Virgoun has a reason why he really wants to strive for custody of his children. According to him, Virgoun wants his children to be happy both physically and mentally.

"Our goal in requesting hadhanah (child support) is so that the growth and development of the children in the future can be happy both physically and mentally, useful for the nation and state. So it's not just our interests for the sake of the children," he concluded.
