Tyna Kanna Divorce Lawsuit - Trial Still Ongoing, Kenang Mirdad is Ready to Become a Widower

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Kenang Mirdad and Tyna Kanna resumed at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (21/12). In today's conclusion hearing, both of them were absent and only represented by their respective lawyers.

"Today's agenda is the conclusion from both parties, which means the entire series of trials plus yesterday's evidence process is concluded," said Zikri Muhammad Luthfi, Kenang Mirdad's lawyer, after the trial.

The verdict hearing will be held on January 11. Kenang Mirdad's side hopes to get the best and fair outcome.

"After this agenda, we hope that the verdict to be announced on January 11 will be based on legal facts and have a fair decision," said Zikri Muhammad Luthfi.

1. No Hope for Reconciliation

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, the attorney said there is no hope. This is because the trial process is ongoing and there is no withdrawal of the lawsuit from the plaintiff, Tyna Kanna.

"If hope for reconciliation means it is already very slim because this is already the conclusion agenda. The process is also continuing from the plaintiff's side because we are the defendant," he said.

2. Kenang Mirdad's Condition

Approaching the verdict date on January 11th, Kenang Mirdad's condition is currently much calmer. She is also prepared for the judge's decision.

"Now she is calmer, and our client is definitely more prepared to face the reality that will happen. Throughout this trial process, our client is already more prepared. We just have to wait and see what the decision will be," said Zikri Muhammad Luthfi.

3. Ready to Become a Widower

Kenang Mirdad did not make any preparations ahead of the upcoming trial verdict. According to his legal counsel, Kenang Mirdad is ready to assume the status of a widower.

"Perhaps the preparation to become a widower. Well, maybe after it is decided that he becomes a widower or whatever, our client is already very prepared at this time. Maybe later, if there is no such appeal, our client will be officially declared a widower, that's the only preparation," he concluded.

4. Already Separated Houses

Kenang Mirdad's legal counsel stated that currently his client is already living separately from Tyna Kanna. However, Tyna still provides ample access for her husband to meet their children.

"Tyna and Kenang have already separated houses. They are definitely separated but not far from the current residence. Despite the separation, communication remains good. Kenang is given the opportunity to meet the children. So there is no problem," said Zikri.

5. Not the Third Person

Tyna Kanna is filing for divorce from Kenang Mirdad after 12 years of building a household ark. Many rumors have colored the sensational public divorce, one of which is the issue of a third person.

However, Tyna's legal counsel firmly denies the presence of another desired man. The actual cause of the lawsuit is continuous disputes.
