Umar Badjideh Calls the Issue with Nikita Mirzani a Trash Drama, Shocked to Know Laura has Never Fasted During Ramadan

"Actually, this issue for me is a trash issue, a trash drama. I never wanted to get involved, never paid attention," Umar said when met in the Kuningan area of South Jakarta, Monday (7/10/2024).   "The point here is that I am helping a neglected child who was abandoned for the sake of Allah, I am just helping and giving advice," Umar continued.

Umar still remembers well, when he met Lolly he was shocked to find out that Lolly had never fasted. That's why he started spreading goodness and guiding Lolly on the things that must be done as a Muslim.   "From someone who has never fasted since childhood, to fasting, from someone who has never attended tarawih since childhood to attending tarawih, at that time during the month of Ramadan," said Umar.

Umar and his family have also never tired of teaching Laura to change her way of dressing. Successfully, Lolly finally decided to cover her aurah.   "In addition, I also don't like dressing too sexy and revealing, she changed herself until she wears a hijab," he explained.

What made him start to get angry was that after that, several slanders began to emerge. And of course, it left Umar bewildered.   "Now wearing a hijab brings more slander, covering up pregnancy, this is no longer human if it continues like this," Umar asserted.

Umar felt his dignity was trampled upon seeing his family 'attacked' by netizens, especially when his son, Vadel, was reported by Nikita Mirzani. That’s why this was the basis for him to finally speak out about the kindness that has been given to Lolly all this time.

"I was trampled upon, poked at by those who don’t even know who LM is, what the point is, but I see a neglected child. At first, I wanted to stay behind the scenes, but this is actually trash drama, so I just wanted to share a snippet of my heart. The response to my family is already truly demonic, very demonic already," he concluded.
