Undergo Mediation Divorce Hearing, Kenang Mirdad: I Am Willing

Kapanlagi.com - Kenang Mirdad and Tyna Kanna underwent a mediation divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (5/10). This is the first time they both met in court as previously Kenang Mirdad was absent and only represented by his lawyer.

After the hearing, Tyna Kanna did not say much and was represented by her lawyer, Denny Kailimang. He stated that the outcome of today's mediation is in the hands of the mediation judge.

"Earlier, they both underwent mediation in front of the mediation judge. So if you want to know all the mediation results, ask the mediation judge," said Denny Kailimang.

"I also don't know, and one note from the mediation judge is that this should not be disclosed. It is regulated by laws and regulations that what is mediated by the mediation judge is confidential," he continued.

Meanwhile, the legal counsel Kenang Mirdad, Zikri Muhammad Luthfi, stated that during the mediation hearing, the plaintiff and defendant were advised to reconcile by the mediator judge. After that, both parties will negotiate and present the results in the next hearing.

"The plaintiff and defendant are advised to reconcile. As for the results, we will negotiate the proposed settlement that will be presented before the mediator judge next week," said Zikri Muhammad Luthfi.

"Referring to the content of the settlement, the substance of the settlement process cannot be disclosed here. It is protected or restricted by the law," he added.

2. Kenang Mirdad is Sincere

Unlike Tyna Kanna who refused to speak, Kenang Mirdad appeared more relaxed when asked by the media about her divorce issue. She can only surrender and accept whatever will happen to her marriage.

"Today's hearing went well. For my part, I am more inclined to surrender. Accepting, accepting whatever happens, I am sure the verdict of this hearing will be the best for both of us. But for me, it's more about acceptance," said Kenang Mirdad.

"Right now, I am more inclined to accept because relationships cannot be forced, right? This relationship must be mutual, so now I just accept it," she concluded.
