Used Underwear Bought by a YouTuber, Dinar Candy Denies Staging to Get on TV

Kapanlagi.com - A few days ago, Dinar Candy caused a sensation by selling her used underwear for Rp 50 million. Unexpectedly, a man named Bobby Tria Sanjaya dared to buy it at that price.

After investigation, it turns out that Dinar already knows Bobby, who is a YouTuber. The 27-year-old woman has even been a guest in one of Bobby's content. So, was the act of selling used underwear just a setup to increase the popularity of both parties?

"I did collaborate on YouTube, but the contact was between managers, never had Bobby's number before. And he's a content creator who changes people, I also consider him like any other YouTuber. I never thought it was a setup," said Dinar when met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (24/9/2020).

Dinar Candy admitted that a thousand people had sent her messages, but they were only haggling over the price. Only Bobby immediately paid Rp 50 million without negotiation a day after exchanging messages.

"There were chats from a thousand (accounts) until it narrowed down and I gave my bank account number. 'If you want to transfer, just do it', I said. Finally, when I woke up, there was a transfer of 50 million. Who is it, because I haven't endorsed anything. Then I remembered there was a chat at night, turns out it was a real 50 million transfer," added Dinar.

2. Challenged Because Underestimated

Met at the same place, Bobby Tria Sanjaya admitted that at first he was just jokingly responding to Dinar Candy's actions. But because he was challenged not to just talk, he finally transferred according to the price offered.

"At first, I wasn't really serious. Maybe because I idolize her too, I commented jokingly, and she even challenged me. So, because she considered it a hoax, I transferred the money. When I bought it, it was just a momentary emotion, I didn't think about what would happen. It's not staged," he said.
