1. Tarnishing the Meaning of Hijab

Like in one of her posts where she took a selfie while showcasing a sweater from the brand Lanvin. The comment section was flooded with netizens questioning her use of hijab.

"Why do you have to show your hair, if you move forward it will definitely be beautiful, it looks weird like that," wrote one netizen. "Sister, it's better to wear a hijab properly instead of half-heartedly because it can tarnish the meaning of hijab itself. Hopefully, you will be given ease in wearing hijab that is consistent," replied another netizen.

2. Not Fully Wearing Hijab

In the podcast Jordi Onsu, Nikita herself mentioned that she has not fully worn hijab yet. This is because there are several activities that make her take off the hijab. She chooses to dress modestly while deepening her faith.

"If hijab means being completely covered. I haven't (worn hijab) because I still take off the hijab for filming. I also still exercise without wearing hijab, sometimes I am still exposed," she said. "I am trying to become better by wearing more modest clothing, even though I am not fully covered. I am truly learning about religion first. I want to enjoy the process of my spiritual journey, I don't want to suddenly be covered and then it doesn't last long," she concluded.
